These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration, use, and participation in the Rentfree Rewards program and platform (“Service”), operating as Rentfree Rewards ABN 68 671 954 784 (“Rentfree”, “Rentfree Rewards” “we”, “us”, or “our”). By registering as a member and/or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• Account: The personal account you create to access the Service.
• Eligible Transaction: A transaction for which you earn points. This includes:
  • Rent Payments: Rent payments processed via PayTo (or credit/debit card) through our accredited partners.
  • Everyday Spend: Purchases made using a linked card, or via an affiliate web link, with participating merchants.
• Points: The loyalty currency awarded to members for eligible transactions. Points can be redeemed for rent offsets, cashback on qualifying purchases, or future travel rewards.
• Redemption: The process of exchanging accumulated points for rewards, such as rent discounts or cashback on qualifying purchases.
• Tier: A membership level (e.g., Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Elite) determined by cumulative non‑rent spending, which can enhance the rewards earned on rent payments.
• Card-Linked Offers (CLO): Offers enabled via the Rentfree Rewards platform using linked credit or debit cards. These offers award base points plus potential bonus points based on merchant campaigns.
• Wallet: The in‑app area where you can view your recent activity and manage linked cards.
• KYC: “Know Your Customer” procedures required for identity verification.
• Service: The Rentfree Rewards mobile application, website, and any associated services provided by Rentfree Rewards.
• Member: Any individual that registers for and uses the Service.
• Merchant: Any verified retailer, business, or brand that registers for and uses the Service.
• Property Manager or Landlord: Any verified party that is the recipient of rent payments.
